You must be a Singaporean/ Permanent Resident or a Foreigner working in Singapore with a valid work permit to be eligible.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You are required to apply personally at our office

For Singapore Citizens or
Permanent Residents

• NRIC or Passport.
• Employment/ Confirmation Letter from your employer.
• Latest Payslips of the past 3 months.
• Latest Billing Proof such as your mobile phone bill, latest bank statements etc.
• If your current residence is rented, please provide us your
• Tenancy Agreement.

For Foreigners working in
Singapore:

• Employment Pass.
• Employment/ Confirmation Letter from your employer.
• Latest Payslips of the past 3 months
• Passport
